1. Job Requirements
A. Educational Qualification and Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- 3 to 4 years’ related work experience testing, QA / QC and document control.
- Working experience of ISO 9001
- Understanding of engineering and processes.
- Previous laboratory and tensile testing experience advantageous.
B. Skills and Abilities
- Physically fit able to carry some parts.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Strong math including standard/units of measurement calculations
- Sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision or ability to work as a team.
- Working knowledge of machines, equipment, and processes.
- Resourceful and proactive; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Internal and External Audits: Plan, execute, and report on external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Testing: Ensures product testing incoming and finished product to established standards/procedures;
- Certify, File and control in-house and third party certificates very accurately.
- Filing of all certificates and paperwork both hard and soft copies.
- Maintain complete history of client products in use.
- Liaise with third party surveyors on testing and certifications wherever necessary.
- Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations when carrying out inspections.
