Daily operation of the warehouse and other designated storage areas.

o Responsible for all materials movements and accuracy of inventory.

o Responsible for the running of the warehouse operation, picking and packing, scanning , put away and all order fulfilment activities.

o Perform monthly stock count and yearly stock take, ensure high accuracy level of inventory and accountability.

o Stock movements, inspection of goods, packaging materials management and staging of materials in a timely manner.

o Perform system entries on (GR/GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP System.

o Perform regular housekeeping.

o Handling any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

o Skills Required: MHE operating skills (Stacker, Order picker, Forklift )
- Physically fit to manage daily warehouse activities.

• Preparation of import / export documentation
• Ensuring accurate and filing/EDOC of Import / Export Permit
• Handle assigned projects, project cargo management.
• Booking of shipments (various co-loaders, direct carriers)
• Monitoring, updating & Co-ordinate with client on shipment status & pre alert
• Liaise between internal offices, agents & clients to arrange & follow-up orders
• Ensuring smooth shipments handling and client’s service requirements are met.
• Ensure prompt and accurate billing to customers
• Provide sales support in order to ensure orders and payments terms are being adhere
• Provide in-house sales support for all ad-hoc clients
• Prepare Sea Freight Quotations
• Report to Manager and Management.

The Country Manager/ Branch Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations and management and to support the company’s strategic short and long terms regional growth plans.

The role and responsibilities of the GM/Branch Manager include the following:

1. Develop, review and refinement of the business strategy, execution of the strategy to obtain/maintain a leading position in the market place.

2. Growing the revenue/profit for the Branch with new business and existing business.

3. Client Management, working closely with the respective management team and HOD, to

· Review SOPs regularly and keep it up to date.

· Review, understand customers’ KPI requirement, facilitate implementation and ensure compliance

· Manage customers’ expectation through regular review and KPI measurements internally

· Monthly or quarterly business review with Key Accounts together.

4. Ensure revenue growth is achieved in a responsible and profitable manner.

5. Ensure the efficient utilization of Company’s resources in order to achieve the overall objectives

6. Talent Management and Recruitment - Hiring of right personnel/talent with appropriate approval, Staff development and performance appraisal

7. Ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place;

8. Ensure compliance to the Company work procedures.

9. Keep abreast of market trends, external and internal factors that may affect the Company and implement processes and systems to ensure that management of the Company is adequately informed

10. Support and growth the relationship with Vendors/ Shipping line/Airline Iine ensure best in class procurement strategy for the company.
