Job Description
- Managing inventory and ensuring that all coffee and supplies are well-stocked.
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Implementing and maintaining health and safety guidelines for both customers and staff.
- Assisting in crafting and updating the menu with innovative and seasonal offerings.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for quality coffee.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
