Job Title: Food & Beverage Executive

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of service quality, and maximizing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the day-to-day management of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities.
2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
3. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
4. Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant F&B environment.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to food and beverage operations.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support the overall success of the F&B department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food Service, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in food and beverage operations.
- Strong communication skills & Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and F&B management software is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
