Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist manager in project implementation and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate site activities arrangement and liaise with consultants, clients and sub-contractors.
• Study tender/construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities.
• Supervise site works so that quality works can be achieved within a specific timeline.
• Compliance to safe work procedure and maintain good house-keeping.
• Work proactively and positively with Subcontractors for ensuring good workmanships are produced in timely manners.
• Lead and delegate work to a team of workers.
• Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation for tendering stage.
• Any other duties may assign.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min. with 3 years of experience in construction industry
• Technical expertise and knowledge in Foundation, Structural and Civil works
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferable for candidates who can start work immediately

Job Description

- Manage the maintenance and servicing of company equipment, which includes license renewals, vehicle etc.

- Manage all the company insuarnce and claims

- Manage general procurement for internal use and follow up with suppliers regularly

- Provide full admin support on project team and office

- Perform general administrative duties including phone calls, fax, emails.

- Maintain proper filing /documentation and updating the database regularly via Info-tech system and server

- Handle petty cash and staff claims

- Upkeep of office stationeries & equipment such as photocopier, pantry supplies

- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned
