Responsibilities

• To arrange booking of space for containers.
• To liaise with various departments (Production Planning, Warehouse, Accounting, Marketing) to finalize shipments.
• To coordinate delivery schedule with shipping/transport companies.
• Prepare and file all relevant shipping documents (e.g. BL, Invoice, Customs Declaration Form, Packing List, applying for SFA & Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin and Letter of Credit etc)
• To coordinate and process required certifications with respective government sectors.
• To update and monitor shipment data on the shipping plan.
• To handle L/C issued by customers for shipping purpose (submitting to bank, collection from bank, etc).
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level/Nitec/Diploma in Business studies and above
• Basic computer skill and knowledge of shipping procedures
• Preferably with few years of relevant working experience in a edible oil manufacturing company
• Willing to perform overtime if required
• Candidate who possess active customs declarant account will have add advantage

Job Description

• Troubleshooting of production process and initiate process improvement activities.
• Work closely with Plant Manager & Planning Manager to ensure smooth implementation of special project assigned by Deputy Factory Manager.
• Co-ordinate with Plant Manager in the maintenance of respective plant equipment.
• Ensure smooth and safe operation in Plant operations.
• Training of operational staff.
• Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm.
• Initiate and recommend improvement to plant process.
• Plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities.
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors where necessary.
• Assist the Plant Manager to re-verify the integrity after the maintenance of equipment.
• Perform regular plant safety inspection.
• Execute Deputy Factory Manager's instruction in the implementation of a special project.
• Issue and approve the permit to work systems.
• Conduct training to operational staff as per the department's training program.
• Ensure that all risk assessments in the workplace are established, implemented, monitored, communicated and documented according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements.
• Any other duties assigned by Deputy Factory Manager.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in edible oils and fats industry.

Job Description

• Carry out the maintenance of E&I installations (PLC, DCS, MCC Panel).
• Develop preventive maintenance plan and critical spare part list for E&I installations.
• Troubleshoot E&I related faults and breakdowns.
• Lead and prepare knowledge transfer training to reporting E&I technicians.
• Failure analysis / root cause analysis for E&I related faults and breakdowns.
• Automation system programming (sequencing & graphical) according to operational request.
• Develop automation interlock master list and continual process safety improvement.
• Cost reduction effort for E&I related work orders.
• Procurement and stock keeping of E&I equipment.
• Prepare process safety information (Single Line Diagram, Ladder Diagram, etc).
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years working experience in a process manufacturing industry.
• Well-versed in DCS, PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
• Siemens – S7 300/400/1200/1500 series PLC system with SIMATIC manager / TIA portal.
• Engineering Drawing (AutoCAD 2D, 3D, E-Plan or any).
• Experience and knowledge in Electrical field and controls system.
• Good planning, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn concepts and technical details of complex systems.

Duty & Responsibilities

• Assist Purchasing Manager in processing documentation and making sub/packaging & general purchases.
• Able to buy essential materials for day-to-day Company's functions.
• Review prices and quality of the purchase goods with suppliers and requestors.
• Compute and process monthly sub/packaging reports for month end closing.
• Processing and filing of purchasing documents.
• Check and guide the Purchase Officer/Assistant in the daily routine duties.
• Update vendor records and certifications for sub/packing materials.
• Updating/maintenance of ISO/HACCP/SDS documents and SAP system.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or above qualification with 2 years of experience in procurement.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant purchasing experience (if do not possess tertiary education).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English (able to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates).
