RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service, upsell and build rapport with existing customer accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiry, clarification of technical specifications, quotations activities.
- Provide sales support between customers and HQ (Japan).
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to position the company’s products effectively.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly demand planning and forecasting.
INDUSTRY RATIO:
- Semiconductor industry: >90%
- General industry: ~10% (oil & gas, chemical & petrochemical, power plant & others)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant sales experience at parts manufacturer for the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and/or Semiconductor front-end fab in Singapore.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chains.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel as and when required.
- Possess own car (car allowance will be provided).
