- A bachelor’s degree, with working experience of at least 3 years in website design / interactive design
- Knowledge of current web design trends and techniques
- Proficiency in design softwares, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
- Experienced in user-interface & user-experience design
- Able to execute content layout, graphic design, pixel-perfect visual appearance and usability design
- Familiar with responsive web development framework i.e. Bootstrap & programming languages i.e. HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Familiar with wireframing & prototyping, able to create interactive mock ups
- Knowledge in WeChat H5 and mini-program development
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Reliable, willingness to learn and an openness to get involved in all aspects of digital services
- Ability to see and communicate the creative vision to the team and the client
- Experience with interactive projects in a digital agency setting preferred
- Experience with office IT
- Portfolio displaying user-centered design will be required during interview
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience managing and reporting on SEO campaigns
- Experience managing Social Media and Google Adwords campaigns
- Experience writing and developing content
