Position Overview:
As a 3D Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing creative team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets and animation for promotional content, advertisements, and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating high-quality 3D assets and animations for marketing and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce visually engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and strategies.
- Support the development of 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering for various campaigns.
- Work under the guidance of senior team members to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Learn and adapt to troubleshooting techniques for resolving technical issues related to 3D asset creation and animation.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance your skills and workflows.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in 3D modeling, animation, and design with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in one or more 3D software tools such as Maya, 3DS Max, ZBrush, Blender, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of texturing tools like Substance Painter and image editing software like Photoshop.
- Understanding of animation principles and a willingness to develop skills in creating realistic or stylized animations.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from industry professionals.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A portfolio or academic project samples showcasing your 3D work (can include academic assignments, personal projects, or internships).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine (academic or self-learned experience is acceptable).
- Exposure to character and environment design, even at a beginner level.
- Knowledge of real-time VFX or interest in developing expertise in this area.
