Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

- Responsible for the smooth running of the factories with the assistance of Factory Managers.

- Growing the revenue through proactively seeking new business opportunities.

- Develop and execute business strategies.

- Ensure full compliance with ISO22000 and HALAL certifications.

- Overall in charge of all Fleet (Vehicles, Logistics/Warehouse division and Drivers).

- Ensure products are delivered to customers in good quality, on time, in full, and with cost effectiveness.

- Full P&L responsibility.

- Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Description

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, including site coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and construction activities are executed efficiently.
• Oversee material selection, procurement, and delivery to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, including clients, management, and project teams.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure project success and team development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Requirements

• Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, specializing in site coordination and renovation works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
