Job responsibilities:

· Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment

· Take measurements on site and calculate the materials required.

· Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.

· Ability to estimate time and materials needed for assigned work projects and prioritized tasks to reduce project delays.

· Responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings.

· To carry out sanding / varnishing / painting to all wood furniture and walls.

· Inspect completed work and direct any rework or modification.

Requirement:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in carpentry work

· Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.

· Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp project requirements and specifications to deliver top-notch results.

· Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask and work independently.

· Able to lead a team.

· Adhere to safety standards and policies at all time

· Complete task within the timeline given.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate to have good communication skill, to be able to communicate with designer.
• To support 2D & 3D drawing and perspective.
• To be able to handle stress and pressure.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max, AutoCad.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Town.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
