As a Tech Educator, you will be responsible for teaching and inspiring students of various age groups in subjects related to technology, including programming, robotics, and other S.T.E.M.-related areas. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate complex concepts in a fun and engaging way, ensuring students gain the necessary skills and knowledge for the future.
Job Responsibility
Plan and Deliver Lessons: Design and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and engage students in technology education, including but not limited to coding, robotics, and computational thinking.
Hands-on Learning: Facilitate hands-on learning experiences through projects, activities, and interactive lessons to ensure students can apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Monitor and Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and mastery of concepts.
Classroom Management: Create a positive learning environment and manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation and minimize distractions.
Collaboration with Team: Work with fellow educators and the curriculum development team to improve lesson plans, share ideas, and enhance the learning experience.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest technological developments, tools, and resources in education and integrate them into lessons where relevant.
Job Requirement
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of programming languages, robotics kits, and other educational technology tools.
Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or instructing students, particularly in technology-related subjects, is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for students of different learning levels.
