Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile invoices, bank statements, and financial discrepancies.
- Support monthly closing processes and preparation of financial statements.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding payment matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist the finance team in any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
