Job_Architect position
For several projects from schematic design to construction, G8A Singapore Pte. Ltd. is looking for a fulltime architect with extensive residential buildings experience in Singapore, Vietnam and Switzerland. The architect will work closely with client, consultants and the different administrative instances concerned, being in charge of projects and clients located in Singapore, Vietnam and Switzerland.
Requirements:
· Recognised degree in Architecture
· Recognised local or overseas University.
· 8 years+ of proven experience in all phased of design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, construction administration, site supervision.
· Excellent Autocad and Microsoft office skills (Microsoft Project Management too)
· Highly developed skills in project scheduling, building design technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administration in Singapore, Vietnam and Switzerland, development and construction of residential buildings.
· Fluent in English (oral and written), French (optional)
· Good knowledge in architecture and construction.
· Self-disciplined and confident in coordination and management
