This role is responsible for providing creative inputs and outputs for existing/ new concepts and development of in-house F&B brands under the Group. An all-rounder with abilities in creative and graphic design with an eye for visual merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, design and execute creative output of print/ digital collaterals including but not limited to, uniform, packaging, in-store displays and merchandising
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards and guidelines for all creative outputs
- Provide creative concepts, ideas, design solutions and visual merchandising inputs where necessary by working closely with the Operations team and other stakeholders for store openings, key campaigns, product launches as well as store visual maintenance
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business needs and expectations
- Manage production processes to ensure print productions, visual merchandising props and display setup are operationally viable in outlets, including but not limited to procurement and execution of visual display elements, efficient follow up with partners/ suppliers, budget tracking, quality control on creative output and adherence to implementation deadlines
- Plan and execute photo shoots and video production to support marketing and promotional activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to elevate our visual communications
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned under the Group
Requirements:
- Diploma in Graphic Design/ Visual Merchandising/ Interior Design/ Product Design or any other relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge in production processes
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office
- Well-organised and good at managing timelines
- Resourceful and able to multi-task
- Flair for conceptualisation and aesthetics with extreme attention to details
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Highly creative, enthusiastic and motivated
