Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for the Survey Team
- Plan and conduct surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations and other measurements
- Establish and traverse main control points for horizontal and vertical surveys
- Establish monitoring procedures that provide sufficient information on structural stability of structures subjected to horizontal and vertical movements
- Conduct survey setting out, as-built survey and settlement monitoring for construction work
- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites
- Manage and maintain survey instruments and survey data and records, Lead and support Construction work
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps and reports of surveys to describe, certify and assume liability of work performed
- Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients and other stakeholders at site
- Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant land surveying working experience
- Preferably LTA projects experience
