Technical / Adminstrative Duties

Job Description & Requirements

- Assisting Manager and Engineer with all the admin works

- Prepare quotation or maintenance schedule.

- Prepare costing.

- Fill up daily services reports (filing, invoicing, quotations, etc.)

- Sort out quotations from suppliers.

- Assist tender admin work.

- Preferred, but not necessary, with some experiences working in Air-conditioning service or Project Company.

• Maintain full sets of accounts
• Assist in day-to-day accounting and administrative functions
• Responsible on AP/AR/GL data entry
• Verify accuracy of vendor invoices, staff claims and petty cash reimbursement
• Assists in the preparation of quarterly GST filing
• Responsible for yearly audit and tax computation
• Monitoring and reporting of daily cashflow, ensuring funds are readily available
• Prepare and send statement of Accounts to customer
• Perform and other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned

Requirements

• NITEC Diploma Or Degree in relevant field.
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in payroll software will be advantageous

• Ensuring all routine maintenance is carried out in line with the sites maintenance schedule;

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Electrical Projects or equivalent.
• At least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Prefer with LEW Certificate (Electrician or Technician grade).
• Required Skills: AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of REVIT will be an added advantage.
