Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 12+ years of experience in business development, with a strong track record in project development, BOOT/PPP/DBFO projects, project finance transactions, and joint ventures.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in PPP/BOO/BOOT concession models and project closure processes.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive complex transactions to successful completion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced professional certifications are a plus.
