Admin Executive
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy ensuring smooth operations, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and perform system entries for Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to follow up on any gaps on outstanding matters.
- Generate monthly customer statements of accounts and prepare bank reconciliations.
- Address customer inquiries regarding billing, and manage dispute resolutions effectively.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary reports and schedules.
- Maintain an organized and systematic filing system, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Assist with daily operational purchasing activities, including planning, processing, and following up on purchase orders with suppliers.
- Support HR-related activities such as payroll and employee engagement events.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
