- Drive revenue growth for the organization
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving their own sales target, getting new customers on board and increasing revenue size through existing accounts.
- Build and actively nurture strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
- Assess current and future customer service needs by establishing personal connections with both prospective and existing clients, serving as a bridge between them and the organisation.
- Identify potential sales opportunities early in the sales process to maximize the organisation's market share.
- Work with the inbound team and specialists to evaluate and qualify sales opportunities.
- Use CRM tools diligently to log activities, ensuring contact details are accurate, duplicates are eliminated, new information is recorded, and call/visit logs are kept up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of target industries, including Smart Curtain Wall Systems, Rail Transit Platform Screen Door (PSD) Systems, and the New Energy (Solar Photovoltaic Systems)
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Materials Science or Mechanical engineering required.
- Expertise and experience in the construction industry is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution selling & new business development and proven track record in sales & business development in similar roles
- Clear, precise and effective communication skills with stakeholders in the organization and with customers.
