Our ideal candidate is one who can:
· Moniter Sales and handle inventory levels at locations assigned
· Moniter, maintain and rotate products on display, making sure that displays are optimized at locations assigned
· Moniter sales performance of products at locations assigned and advise other teams of performance
· Submission of inventory reports and highlight non-moving items to sales and marketing teams
· Be able to assess effectiveness of different product and store layout displays to improve sales figures
· Maintain good working relationships with floor managers and on-site staff at locations assigned
· Be Flexible to once in a while work during weekends (off-in-lieu will be given) on occasions especially when clients request for meetings or when we are able to do roadshows
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Other preferred requirements:
· Experience working in a SME / Start-up environment, preferably in distribution or retail sales
· Strong interest and passion in Japanese Manga / Animation/ Trading Card Games/ Table Top Gaming
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
· A positive and out-going personality with a love to meet people
· A team player who would not hesitate to provide support to other teams
· Must be meticulous in their work
· Prior experience in merchandising would be a huge plus
