· ITC Help Desk Specialist (Microsoft)
· Have at least 2 years of working experience
· Must be familiar with level support with tickets and resolving issues accordingly
· Familiar with Service support Matric as well as the Severity of the service level and resolve them accordingly
· Have working experience in windows 10/11, Microsoft Office suite
· Have experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, or Exchange preferred
· Familiar with handling user enquiries, creating and deleting accounts, and grant and deleting access permission.
· Must be a Fast learner, adaptable and able to work independently
