Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare karaoke rooms for bookings.
• Greet and direct guests to designated rooms.
• Provide basic technical assistance, including karaoke system and microphone checks.
• Assist customers in operating the karaoke console and finding songs upon request (training provided).
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Take orders, input orders into the POS system, and serve food and beverages.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as required.
• Must be bilingual and able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days work week, 8 hours per day
• 6 days off per month
• Paid overtime if required
