We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales plans within the corporate events and team-building sectors.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working in an events company that provides corporate event solutions, team-building programs, marketing events, and product launches, similar to Get Out Pte Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate events and team-building sectors, focusing on HR departments, marketing teams, and event planners.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including market analysis, lead generation, and conversion tactics to achieve revenue targets.

• Proposal Development: Work with the internal team to create customized event proposals aligned with client needs and budgets. Present and pitch proposals to prospective clients.

• Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitable agreements for both new and existing clients.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify areas for growth.

• Networking: Attend industry events and trade shows to build a strong network of potential clients and partners.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a business development role within an events company that specializes in corporate events, team-building activities, and marketing events.

• Proven track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and sales strategy in the corporate events industry.

• Strong network of contacts within HR departments, marketing teams, and corporate decision-makers.

• Expertise in developing tailored event proposals for large corporate clients.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple complex corporate event projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with the Singapore market and an understanding of the local corporate events landscape is preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a regional or global events company handling large-scale corporate clients across industries.

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Accounts Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the leads and client accounts, creating proposals and budgets, planning event concepts for clients, and closing deals.

For this position, you should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Sales and Accounts Manager at Get Out!, you should also use your communication skills to manage and service different client accounts and portfolios. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.
