As a General Intern, you’ll have the chance to work across various departments, supporting our team in event planning, execution, marketing, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Support:
- Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics.
- Support on-site event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Help with vendor communication and coordination.
2. Marketing Assistance:
- Support social media content creation and scheduling.
- Assist in drafting email campaigns and marketing materials.
- Research trends and best practices in event marketing.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Help prepare event proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and organize event files and documentation.
- Assist in data entry and tracking project progress.
4. Research & Innovation:
- Conduct research on vendors, venues, and industry trends.
- Provide creative input for event concepts and themes.
- Support brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with different teams (Events, Marketing, Operations).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
