Responsibilities

· Bookkeeping

· Management of admin and accounts processes

· Able to handle Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and bank reconciliation

· Able to provide management with timely reports and updates on accounts balances

· Able to independently analyze historical financial data to gain knowledge for present and future accounting work.

Requirements

· High school or Diploma in any related field eg Accounting, Finance, Business

· At least 1 – 2 years prior experience, preferably in a trading with warehouse or logistics environment.

· Strong work ethic with professional demeanor and commitment to quality.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy (attention to details)

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative/Operations Support professional to assist our client’s international trading firm. The ideal candidate will support the administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across different time zones and markets.

Responsibilities

· Assist with the daily administrative operations

o Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

o Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, deliveries, and supplier/customer payment

o Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding financial transactions and queries.

· Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical.

· Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

· Handle any unexpected delays or issues and work proactively to find solutions

· Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters assigned as and when needed.

Requirements

The Warehouse Assistant's duties revolve around placing incoming orders/outgoing on shelves and picking merchandise according to specific customer requirements. As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll also monitor inventory and communicate any shortages.

Responsibilities

· Arrange goods for daily inbound/outbound delivery.

· Receive goods during returns.

· Pack goods onto storage racks

· Loading and unloading of goods

· Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse.

· Communicate with senior warehouse assistant regarding stock levels and events.

· Check goods before dispatch.

· Additional ad hoc jobs per assigned by supervisor

Requirements

· Availability to occasionally work overtime that will be remunerated with OT pay.

The Warehouse Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the warehouses’ operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between different departments. This role is crucial in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment, contributing to the overall success of our client's global luxury trading business.

Responsibilities

· Assist with the daily administrative operations of the global warehouses – Prepare/process shipping documents, invoices, and receipts and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.

· Enter data into warehouse management systems and other relevant software, Generate and distribute reports on inventory levels, order status, and other metrics, to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

· Coordinate delivery schedules and shipping arrangements with suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.

· Ensure that all warehouse documents/records are maintained in organized and up-to-date filing systems and in compliance with audit requirements

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding order status and inventory availability and address and resolve any issues or concerns related to shipments or deliveries.

· Handle any unexpected delays or issues in shipping and work proactively to find solutions
