Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to define project goals and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members and clients to discuss project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the design process.
- Manage documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the creative team in brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback on design concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years relevant experience in design coordination or project management.
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognised by the PE Board
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.
