* Assist Contract manager conduct Cost estimates, cost planning, and cost management.
* Prepare contracts and documents.
* Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement
* Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation
* Assist in billings
* Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost-benefit analysis
* Perform variation order
* To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying
* 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills
