- Responsible for the daily operations of retail outlet
- Monitor sales & manage inventory level to ensure adequate stock to maximize sales
- Responsible for the stock variance within his/her shop
- Assist in manpower planning
- Maintain high level of customer service standards
- Create a friendly and yet competitive sales environment to maximize sales output
- Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM instruction or guideline
Staff Management
- Instruct and supervise staff in correct execution of all company operations
- Coach and counsel staff with regard to the standard set by the company
- Ensure that staff adheres to company's code of conduct & ensure fair practice at work
Requirements:
- GCE "O", "N" Level or ITE certificate
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience or customer service experience
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (6 days workweek)
- Excellent verbal communication and selling-up skills
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Team player
