The founder has over 15 years of experience in prominent American tech firms and entrepreneurship. They seek a dynamic young professional eager to delve into cutting-edge technologies and gain insight into early-stage venture investments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI, investment applications, fintech, and blockchain space
• Research, business analysis and process re-engineering based on industry’s best practices and accelerators;
• Develop and implement efficient processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Manage client files and update information daily in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures;
• Handle administrative tasks related to morning market news commentary, consolidation of investment views or setting up of meetings with business partners
• Monitor and assess service providers, vendors, and external advisors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the family office's goals.

Requirements:

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in fintech/IT products operations preferred

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related subjects.

3. Mandarin speaking is required to communicate with critical internal stakeholders.

4. Open to EP holders.
