Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Specialist to manage customer inquiries and concerns for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) fashion e-commerce business. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders and modifications, and escalating issues as needed through various communication channels. Success in this role requires a customer-centric attitude, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in using computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to address inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
- Handle order processing, modifications, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Record and track customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure seamless issue resolution and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for service enhancements.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.
- Support various operational tasks, including data entry, inventory analysis, and customer correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Proven ability to address customer needs proactively and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated maturity, logical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
