• To collate monthly success and costing related information
• Ability to speak Malay

Responsibilities:

• Air Export shipment specialist - specializing Aviation / Time Critical accounts.
• Work closely across Internal/External departments to ensure smooth handling of all aviation & time critical shipments.
• Follow up with shipper/ customer on cargo readiness and required documentation.
• Ensure that all external customers' queries are acknowledges within 15mins, while all internal emails are responded within 24hrs.
• Liaise with Airlines on cargo space arrangements and to ensure lead times are met.
• Request assistance from Pricing Desk for adhoc rates when requires.
• Execute shipping documents (AWBs)
• Send pre-advice to OA and customer after finalizing the shipping documents.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel with regards of cargo handling and discrepancies (if any).
• Ensure all shipment had been lodge and all pre alert had been sent out via various portal correctly.
• Update uplift for certain projects.
• Ensure proper handover to the other shift.
• Other general administrative/ adhoc duties assigned by the management/HOD.

Qualifications:

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• Strong IT knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Good negotiation skill
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details, with good organizational planning
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, work on assigned tasks independently
• Adaptable to work situation, in a fast-paced environment
• Able to perform shift, and standby during weekend

Primary Responsibilities:

• To HUNT for business to achieve department's budget and target.
• To improve business development and maintain relations with overseas agents.
• To liaise with local sales/customers to grow the business and handle their shipment(i.e., providing booking confirmations, conflict resolutions, billing instructions etc).
• To attend enquiries from overseas agents and customers.
• To provide timely quotations to agents and customers, and follow up with the shipment activations.
• To provide and oversee sales leads to oversea agents and keep track of the progresses and outcomes.
• Collate customer's business trends, progress and statistics.
• To handle projects/shipments and support current project manager.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Arrange and attend overseas agents and customers' sales calls/meetings/visits.
• Handle RFQ / RFP / tender bid.
• To handle any ad-hoc projects/ assignments from time to time.
• Provide constructive opinions and suggestions for work improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Business Management, or in a relevant discipline..
• Min. 2 years of sales in logistics working experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Target driven and proactive attitude.
• Good proficiency in MS Office skills.

Specific Job Role:

• Primary role of generating and analyzing data in system to output as useful information for decision making by management.
• Future analysis for management decision making process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To study into the late billing and late costing issue (AR management) - GRF, Ocean, Air
• To study into profitability by drawing data from system
• To support in reports generation for budget
• To be a team member of innovation to drive productivity and improvement through IT software
• To power BI to enhance the data visualization of individual departments.
• Provide actionable recommendation based on data findings to support strategic planning, process improvement and optimization initiatives.
• To be contributing to innovative team as a driving member at CargoWise implementation.
• To assist in overall administration in the event of upsurge in CEO and COO offices

Qualification:

• Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any dripline
• Be converse in Excel spreadsheet
• Be numerate
• Ability to write well
• Experienced with above skills without higher qualification might be considered
