Responsibility:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Building Architect to oversee architectural design and planning for building construction and major upgrading projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, general contractors, and clients to develop and execute designs that are both functional and aesthetically appealing. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects from conception through completion.
Job Description:
* Create innovative and sustainable architectural designs for new constructions and major renovations, aligning with client requirements and project specifications.
* Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and blueprints using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes.
* Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs smoothly into the construction process.
* Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions, assess project feasibility, and monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design plans.
* Ensure all architectural aspects of the project meet quality, safety, and aesthetic standards, addressing on-site deviations or challenges.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding architectural design, offering updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with outcomes.
* Assist in selecting materials and finishes that are both high-quality and budget-friendly, enhancing the building’s functionality and appearance.
* Stay informed on local zoning laws, building codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all architectural designs and project implementations.
*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
*Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
*Able to work rotate shift and overtime.

Requirement:
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
