Responsibility
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lorry Driver to join our team in the manufacture of other food products Not Elsewhere Classified (N.E.C.). As a Lorry Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of food products and ingredients between our production facilities, warehouses, and customer locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Job Description
- Safely transport food products and ingredients to and from production facilities, warehouses, and customer locations.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that they are handled with care and properly secured for transport.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time, fuel consumption, and wear and tear on the vehicle.
- Adapt routes as necessary to account for traffic, weather, and other conditions.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on the lorry, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition.
- Report any vehicle issues or needed repairs to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure the safe transport of goods.
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to prevent contamination during transport.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery schedules, mileage logs, and any relevant documentation.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from customers in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with unloading and verifying deliveries as needed.
- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
- Able to work in pressure environment and need work under the sun.
- Need work at public holiday, weekend and overtime.
Working Location: BEDOK NORTH, 1ST trip will start at 6am-630am

Requirement
*At least 2 Year(s) working experience and related field are required for this position.
*Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
*Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license or able to take Class 3 Driving License.
*Familiar driving on Singapore roads or able to use GPS
*Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
*Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
*Excellent customer service skills, including communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and teamwork spirit.

Responsibility:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations of various food products categorized as "Other Food Products N.E.C." (Not Elsewhere Classified), excluding food chemicals and additives. As a Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food manufacturing and strong leadership abilities.

Job Description:
* Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing processes of various food products categorized as "Other Food Products N.E.C.", including but not limited to sauces, condiments, snack foods, and specialty items.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures, follow safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards in their work.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and company standards for taste, appearance, and packaging.
* Collaborate with the production planning team to schedule production runs, allocate resources effectively, and minimize downtime.
* Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery, and ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize breakdowns.
*Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains in production operations, and implement appropriate measures to drive continuous improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, production reports, quality control documents, and inventory records.
* Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer feedback, resolve issues related to product quality or delivery, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
* Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
* Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
* Work at site, under hot environment
