We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial records and transactions.

Job Description:

As a Bookkeeper at Turbo AI, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. You will work closely with our finance team and other departments to manage accounts of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and manage expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
• Collaborate with Cayman-based service providers on consolidation reporting and compliance requirements- Assist in the
• preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• SCA holder, with strong knowledge of Singapore GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for UI/UX design work for blockchain products.
• Fully understand the product planning ideas and concepts, and design the overall visual style, user experience, and operation flow based on product prototypes.
• Focus on user needs research, user feedback, familiarity with user behavior, and enthusiastic about innovative research and design development applications and extensions for product experiences.
• Based on product strategy, enhance the experience of existing products, conduct usability testing and evaluation of existing products, propose improvement plans, and enhance usability.
• Work closely with the entire product development team to ensure the quality of the online product experience, confirm the controllable error range and the final realization of visual effects, and assist in achieving product goals.
• Keep up with product design trends in a timely manner, dare to try and break through, share design experience, and participate in team professional development.
• Cooperate with the operations team to complete activities such as H5, poster design, etc.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with more than 3 years of UI design experience.
• Experience in designing financial or blockchain products, or the design implementation of medium to large-scale consumer projects (participation in top social products is also acceptable).
• Attention to detail, pursuit of perfection, familiarity with design concepts and specifications for platforms such as Web, iOS, Android, etc.
• Have a data-driven mindset and can break traditional designs based on market and user data.
• Forward-thinking aesthetic sense and design awareness, strong curiosity about new things, and a passion for design.
• Good teamwork spirit, enthusiasm, creativity, and sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in Mandarin in order to alias with Chinese speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Independently control the animation visual style around the blockchain exchange brand, coordinate the design towards content.
• Produce original marketing and tutorial animation videos for media promotion, YouTube, TikTok.
• Create creative animations for the exchange's app and website, assist in promotion, and follow up on development to ensure the final implementation.
• Possess clever conceptualization skills, a solid foundation in hand-drawn art, and proficiency in hand-drawn animation.
• Continuously optimize the dynamic performance in marketing based on audience data and strategic decisions, enhancing artistic quality.
• Participate in creative discussions and decisions, design animations, effects, music, videos, etc., based on creative concepts.

Job Requirements

• College degree or above in animation-related majors, with more than 3 years of animation design experience.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted design, skilled in software such as Photoshop, Flash, After Effects, 3DMAX, Unity3D, etc.
• Strong artistic skills with a solid foundation in hand-drawn art.
• Experience in marketing and brand-related work.
• Knowledge of blockchain, finance, and technology.
• Must be able to work independently, possess organizational skills, and prioritize work effectively.
