We are now looking to drive rapid expansion across Asia, and looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our talented and passionate team based in Singapore.
Job Description:
- Take ownership and coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely and seamless support for daily IT/Desktop operations.
- Provide assistance in daily IT/AV operations and routine tasks.
- Assist in setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT or AV systems in the Singapore office.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, log and report operational faults, and resolve them promptly to minimize system downtime.
- Provide logistical support for events, including recording, editing, and publishing in accordance with time-sensitive requirements.
- Manage and update the inventory of AV equipment in office.
Skills and Personal Requirements:
- Ability to effectively engage with users across different business units.
- Strong team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Understanding of Audio Visual systems, show lighting systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with operating various audio, video applications, and room AV systems is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer service support.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all tasks.
- Foster teamwork and harmony through open communication and active participation.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English language.
- 2-3 years of technology support experience, preferably in operations support, IT support, video conferencing, and/or audio-visual support in the investment banking industry.
- Entry-level candidates specialized in IT/Computer Hardware or equivalent are preferred.
- Knowledge in operation of Blackmagic Design Atem 1 Broadcast Panel, and Allen and Heath system is preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or any equivalent video editing software is a plus.
