Responsibilities
- Business partnering with clinical departments in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support business decisions.
- Review proposed pricing of new and existing services in relation to costs of these services and market comparison.
- Co-ordinate fee revision proposals with clinical departments and submit the requisite impact analysis reports for consideration.
- Prepare and analyse department financial report on a timely basis.
- Support the hospital’s annual budget exercise in respect to the projection of patient revenue and subvention income.
- Review net present value analysis for new investments for replacement or expansion.
- Liaise on ad-hoc data and analysis requests and clarification.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. CA Singapore is a plus.
- At least 2 years of working experience in finance or accounting field.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Data Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI);
- Strong analytical skills a must; with an ability to apply business logic to financial plans.
- Possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
