- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify current and future customer requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and visualize future-state solutions, including data flows and process improvements.
- Provide expert technical guidance and industry best practices to optimize solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Develop comprehensive system requirements documentation and communicate them clearly to development teams.
- Review and ensure the quality of deliverables produced by development teams.
- Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion.
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and be proficient in both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
- Interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Possess strong consulting skills and relevant experience.
- Be proficient in Microsoft products, such as Dynamics or Power Platform. Possess strong design skills and programming and testing abilities (including test planning and familiarity with testing methodologies).
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and reporting skills. BPMN skills are a plus.
- Be proactive and eager to explore enterprise solutions, software, and technology.
- Possess project management skills for small to medium-sized projects. Be detail-oriented and able to effectively plan, organize, and structure work.
- Have experience in enterprise solutions, including workflow, app development, RPA, Power Platform, cloud solutions, project management, etc.
