Responsibilities:
• Arrange and manage shipping documents;
• Liaise with existing vendors/customers and sourcing for new vendors/customers;
• Data entry, filing and other general admin duties;
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by team leader.
Qualifications:
• Diploma
• At least 1 years of admin experience
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills
• Able to travel to assigned territory when required
