Job Description

Food Stall Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assisting the chef in food preparation
• Serving customers
• Maintaining cleanliness of the stall
• Handling cash transactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Work Hours

• 6 days a week
• Day shift: 10:00am – 8:00pm with 2hr break
• Afternoon shift: 12:00pm – 10:00pm with 2hr break

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1) is an advantage but not required
• Passion for food and cooking
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous

• Handling cash transactions and operating the cash register
• Opening and closing the stall
• Ensuring the stall is clean and well-maintained
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ordering to vendors for the ingredients as per chef’s requests
• Collecting purchase tax invoices and keeping sales records
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Work Hours

• 6 days a week
• 10:30am – 11:00pm with 3hr break

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
