We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day management of Customer Agreements, Supply Contracts, Partnership Agreements, joint venture agreements, and other agreements in our business. This role plays the key figure supporting negotiations and be responsible for managing the contracting process of the deals, which involves preparing, reviewing, negotiating and executing range of contracts. This person would also need to work closely with legal counsels, commercial and operations team to facilitate successful contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract negotiation, finalization and execution for all contracts & agreements

• Ensures contract amendments and reviews are monitored, gathered and acted upon as appropriate

• Identify and maintain an updated facts traceability by ensuring that contract documentation is carried out systematically, e.g. assist to set up system to maintain contractual records and ensure adequate processes and policies are in place; proper filing of all contractual documents (hardcopy and softcopy)

• Advising commercial and sales operations team on the contractual entitlements and opportunities to protect cash flow, margins, and prevention of disputes;

• Coordinate with the sales operations team to identify customer related actions or inactions which could result in constructive contract changes;

• Analyze the contract risks, encourage and communicate the key contractual provisions to the team, e.g. qualifying for payment, variations and timely compliance with contractual requirements;

• Support the Operations Head and Finance to uncover potential issues regarding billing and/or collection of contractual revenue;

• Advising and actively supporting the commercial department on contractual claims from/to suppliers and customers

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Masters’ Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience working in a high-achieving sales environment

• Paralegal experience and/or commercial law and technology transfer certification, or equivalent work experience would be advantageous.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our company's commitment to environmental sustainability. Your primary focus will be on measuring and analysing our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3) and developing strategies aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to reduce our carbon footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental science, data analysis skills, and a passion for sustainability.

Responsibilities

Emissions Measurement and Analysis:

• Collect, calculate, and validate data on Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions across the company's operations.
• Utilize relevant software and tools for data tracking and reporting (e.g., carbon accounting software) as well as SBTi resources.
• Analyze emissions data to identify trends, hotspots, and opportunities for reduction.
• Prepare regular emissions reports for internal stakeholders and external reporting requirements.

Decarbonization Strategy Development:

To support our global expansion, we are looking for a professional who is experienced in Environment Attribute Certificate (EAC) on both supply and demand sides in any one or more of these markets – South Korea, Taiwan, China.

The individual will be based in Singapore and must possess professional proficiency in English and one or more of the above local languages. He/She will be accountable for driving revenue growth for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), or equivalent types of environment attribute certificates (EACs), for the target geographic markets by building relationships with new corporate customers and renewable energy producers.

Role and responsibilities

Own the EAC supply target for specific market(s), build supply pipeline and secure long-term agreements with renewable energy producers to achieve the periodic supply targets:

• Analyse demand trend for various types of EACs for the specific market(s) covered, including demand forecasted by other markets.
• Identify and build relationships with potential credible renewable energy producers for long-term supply opportunities.
• Perform due diligence on the identified producers and projects to ensure credibility, supply capacity and quality.
• Secure short- and long-term agreements with these power producers through win-win and commercially viable proposals.
• Manage the inventory portfolio and minimize inventory risk by closely monitoring the customer demand pipeline and market price trend.

Own EAC sales revenue target for specific market(s), build sales pipeline and drive sales closure to achieve the periodic revenue targets:

• Analyse and identify key industries based on their scope 2 carbon emission level.
• Identify potential major corporate customers within the target industries for sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with the identified customers by providing value-adding advisory on decarbonization and solutions
• Drive sales engagements with customers through to closure, including submission and negotiation of commercial proposals, and negotiation of contractual agreements.
• Maintain relationship with existing customers to drive recurring sales revenue.
• Work closely with Marketing and Business Development Departments to drive market awareness for GoNetZero’s offerings and lead generation for new customers/generators.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Configure and maintain container orchestration platforms using Hashicorp Nomad, Helm and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Develop and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and cloud computing.
• Demonstrates strong security practices and familiar with the use of common Key Management Services, such as Hashicorp Vault or GCP/AWS/Azure KMS or doppler.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience working in a DevOps or similar role.
• You will have a specific advantage if you possess Hashicorp Cloud Engineer certifications and/or Linux Foundation (Kubernetes) related certifications.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud computing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

We are seeking a highly motivated and aspiring individual to join our team as a Junior Legal and Compliance Executive. This role will focus on providing essential legal and compliance support to GoNetZero, particularly as we expand our operations into new markets, such as the European market.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver legal and compliance services in alignment with corporate goals and strategies.
• Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders and senior management on various legal and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial agreements, including sales and purchase agreements for Environmental Attributes (EA), Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, licensing agreements, and project consultancy agreements.
• Review and offer recommendations on legal aspects related to existing commercial relationships, addressing pre-litigation disputes, and handling inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards related to legal and compliance matters.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and actively manage regulatory developments and compliance updates.
• Provide timely support on legal and compliance inquiries across operational aspects.
• Contribute to and support other projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess a Law degree at least 2 years of post-qualification legal experience.

Key Responsibilities

· The Senior Marketing Executive shall report direct and support, Head of Marketing & PR, to work with the marketing and broader teams:

o to create and jointly develop engaging content/platform (such as thought leadership series, customer enewsletter, targeted industries/ profiles, targeted webinar) videos and white papers, demos showcase

o to plan and support the development of industry community/ advisory board

o to co-ordinate and write client case studies (with agency support if required)

· Research and understand the audience - competition, market size (segmentation) and opportunities

· Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure planned campaigns are completed successfully, on time and within budget and ROIs are met across various channels

· Support the development of the standardised templates and processes required for smooth marketing operations and reporting for the marketing plan across all marketing channels

As a Software Developer, you will be part of our dynamic Scrum team, to deliver high-quality technology solutions across all layers of the system development lifecycle. You will be working on both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring high performance, security and scalability.

2. Design and build web and mobile friendly applications with .net and angular, modern JavaScript and state management frameworks.

3. Knowledge in DevOps setup and building pipeline, Spring boot, Microservices, React, TOSCA Testing tool knowledge.

4. Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS skills, and having the knowledge in CSS in JS and Web Component

5. Gather requirements with Product owners, business users and subject matter experts and come up with a fit-for-purpose solution design adhering to best design patterns.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

7. Work on both front-end and back-end development, including server-side logic and UI/UX design.

8. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
