Job Description:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and implement development plans to enhance employee performance.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize professional development programs, and facilitate continuous learning opportunities.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of HR experience, with a focus on senior or managerial roles.
- Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
