Take accountability and responsibility of the overall growth of the business, sales revenue and brands in assigned markets and territories.
Manages key distributors and responsible for taking control of business building, including setting goals and targets, developing strategies, assessing the performance of the distributor & their team and aligning department goals with the company's profitability goals.
Work with internal stakeholders to design strategize and implement comprehensive sales & trade marketing plans to grow company's brands in collaboration with key stakeholders both internal and external.
Develop, implement and assess the department effectiveness, identify errors and make suitable changes in strategies to reach the targets and goals further leading to overall profitability, sales, revenue generations and business targets.
Responsible for meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share and other key financial performance objectives for the business development unit.
analyse business tactics, sales strategies, performance analysis of the sales teams, competitor analysis and market research
Present analysis reports, presentations and recommended strategy based on those analysis are conveyed to the stakeholders. Represent the business communication between the department and the stakeholders.
Others ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by immediate superior or higher management.
Role reports directly to GM - International Development.
Qualification
Master / Bachelor's in business or any other related field
Min. 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity at least 3 years from the FMCG industry in regional capacity
Strong ability in making data-driven decisions and comfortable in working with ROI and metric-driven models
Possess exceptional leadership skills being able to move and inspire to cross-funtional group
Proven and successful relationship building skills, having and ability to leaverage partnership
Possess ability to grow at a fast paced environment
Requirement & Qualifications:

Knowledge of merchandising will be an added advantage

Responsiblities
To visit Supermarkets /Minimart outlets in an assigned area, provide excellent service, and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport to secure order for all products
To ensure all company's products, especially core SKUs are well merchandised with adequate level of stocks at shelves and warehouse.
To liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of product.
To ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and right promo window.
To implement FIFO to ensure product freshness and check on near expired stocks regularly to minimize trade returns.
