Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
Handling customer inquiries professionally
Maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards and improving as and when necessary
Being able to handle customer service competently
Play a leading role during peak seasons of the restaurant
Being able to perform ad-hoc duties assigned
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
Hands-on experience is required.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with customer
Possess good initiative and leadership skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
