• Manage FileShareServer Migration to Sharepoint Online Project
• Establish and build Group SharePoint Online Platform & Architecture
• Upskill Competencies of Users, Site Owner and IT Admins.
• Schedules and conducts status meetings with involved staff and management, to ensure timely completion of project tasks and addressing and resolving problems that could prevent timely completion of the project.
• Prepares, provides, and communicates progress reports on project status for staff and management review.
• Manage risks, issues, and implementation plan to ensure high quality implementations.
• Manage and coordinate resources including hardware, software, human resource facilities and logistics required for project.
• Review SharePoint Online Platform setup that it meets the requirement of security, usability, scalability, sustainability and maintainability
• Review project documentation and project approach to ensure that it meets our scope requirement, conforms to quality management process and to ensure a successful change management program to increase SharePoint Online adoption and knowledge of our End Users.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and have a keen appreciation of business needs and strong interest in business processes
• Strong knowledge on Administering Windows IIS, Microsoft SharePoint
• Strong experience with Governance, Framework, Data migration and User Change Management of SharePoint
• Experience in SharePoint administration, SharePoint design, configuration security implementations.
• Strong experience in managing/administering of SSL certificates
• Able to understand, appreciate and translate business problem into solutions
• A highly motivated self-starter who possess positive mindset, a doer mentality, proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong stakeholder management including vendor management
• Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners
• Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations
• Ability to work under pressure on exciting projects and possess strong interest, passion in technology and its application
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, communication and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a fast-pace environment
• Independent and team player
• Perform as an all-rounder, with demonstrated ability to wear multiple hat to drive both technical as well as project management.
