- Be a single contact point for the team/department
- Making travel arrangements for dept
- Coordinate meetings arrangements and arrange for refreshments
- Process departmemt claims and submit for approval
- Ensure all inventory records are updated in system
- Support in all preparations for tender bids.
- Generate weekly & monthly reports
- Provide ad-hoc support for administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration / Information Technology
- Relevant experience in an IT service oriented environment.
- Skillful with Microsoft Office esp. with Microsoft Excel
- Soft skills - good communication and build good working relationship
- Team player whilst being able to work independently
- Good attitude and keen to learn
