Responsibilities:
- The implementation and upgrading of Cybersecurity products
- Offer solutions (or alternatives) based on customers’ requirements.
- Provide training on our products to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Perform installations and configurations
- Assist in transferring domain knowledge and technical skills to our maintenance team
- Support other technical matters, such as product feature clarification, implementation considerations etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or professional certificate in IT, IS, Cyber Security, or related fields.
- With 2 years of work experience in IT, IS, Cybersecurity preferred
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructures such as Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS,
Web-Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS,
Azure, Google cloud
- Proficiency in troubleshooting various technologies, network, and system issues
