Responsibilities:
Managing cash flows, including the following.

• Loan and borrowing arrangements with designated financial institutions based on the evaluation of future income and expenditure expectation by the back office.
• Management of related bank charges, interest and any other related charges associated with loan and borrowing transactions.
• Arrangements for payments from/to various customers through the Bank EDI system
• FX deal transactions with related banks pursuant to instructions from the front office.
• L/C related arrangements from L/C opening to settlement
• Maintain fair relationship with financial institutions and gather updates of the financial market including sovereign risk.
• Record/update related databases associated with the above finance transactions.
• Monitoring of margin account in trading houses
• Support in KYC reviews required
• Arrange FX deal transactions with related banks
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by managers

Requirements :

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Possess 1-2 years of related finance experience
• Working knowledge of financial management software (SAP, ETRM etc.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5:30pm

• Ensure bank accounts in multiple currencies are adequately funded for payment purpose
• Identify excess fund in bank accounts for short term fixed deposit placement
• Front office function for forex execution
• Working with other business and corporate departments on hedging strategies
• Monitoring of auto update of daily exchange rate
• Preparation of forex exposure position report
• Reconciliation of monthly bank fees
• Liaise with banks on transaction enquiry and KYC matters
• Obtain and update interest rates
• Input for yearly budget and monthly forecast

• Back up for incoming fund clearing

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 4 years of related working experience in Treasury/Finance functions
