Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for addressing the technical business solution needs of partners and/or end users by providing presales support in the following areas:

• Presentations
• Demos
• Proof of Concept (POC)
• Proposal writing
• Compliance tables
• Statement of Work (SOW)
• Training/Product Enablement
• Develop proficiency and obtain certifications for assigned products and technologies through both self-directed and formal training
• Take ownership of conducting hands-on POCs independently
• Independently present the vendor’s solutions to partners and end users
• Provide updates and training sessions to partners and end users as needed
• Collaborate closely with product managers and channel account managers to drive opportunities to closure
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the IT network and cybersecurity domain
  Strong understanding of security and networking infrastructure
  Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and personal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• The implementation and upgrading of Cybersecurity products
• Offer solutions (or alternatives) based on customers’ requirements.
• Provide training on our products to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Perform installations and configurations
• Assist in transferring domain knowledge and technical skills to our maintenance team
• Support other technical matters, such as product feature clarification, implementation considerations etc
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or professional certificate in IT, IS, Cyber Security, or related fields.
• With 2 years of work experience in IT, IS, Cybersecurity preferred
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructures such as Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS,
  Web-Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS,
  Azure, Google cloud
• Proficiency in troubleshooting various technologies, network, and system issues
