Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement tailored solutions using monday.com Work OS.
• Provide technical expertise in pre-sales and post-sales processes, including proof-of-concepts, onboarding, API integrations, and custom scripting.
• Leverage monday.com APIs, apps frameworks, and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato) to design advanced solutions.
• Manage projects, ensuring timelines, goals, and deliverables are met, and conduct user training and workshops.
• Build strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor throughout implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation or technical project management, preferably in complex product onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL), integration tools, and coding in Java/Python (React is a plus).
• Experience with SSO/SAML/AD protocols and low-code/no-code tools.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, customer-centric mindset, and a proactive attitude.
